Reports to: Senior Vice President, Global Sales

Location: NetDocuments Headquarters in Lehi, Utah

Compensation: Base salary plus commissions

Territory: National

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 10 inside sales representatives & 10 business development representatives

Education and Experience:

  • previous experience managing software inside sales and business develop teams
  • proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • previous experience selling enterprise software solutions is mandatory
  • previous experience selling SaaS enterprise software solutions is a plus but not required
  • previous experience selling enterprise solutions to law firms and or corporate legal departments is a plus but not required
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher (or equivalent work experience)
