The Seal Software East Coast and West Coast Engagement Managers supports the Sales team through Statement of Work definition and provides guidance and leadership for the Professional Services team and partners in customer engagement delivery. Responsible successful project delivery, the roles requires proven experience and knowledge of CLM solution deployment, hand on Project Management, contract / document migration projects and Windows server / networks environments. From time to time the role will be required to support pre-sales demonstrations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand customer needs and be able to create scoping and SOW documents
  • Deliver customer facing solution demonstrations (remote and onsite as required)
  • Single point of liaison between the teams to support the transition of newly-signed deals from sales into the delivery organization. This includes managing the Sales-to-Delivery handover process, facilitating the identification of delivery resources and transferring knowledge gained in the sales cycle to them.
  • Conduct project deliver workshops and training sessions
  • Train and assist partners in delivering customer engagements
  • Maintain and deliver Consulting delivery tools to the field and contribute to the Professional Services knowledge base
  • Provide management reporting of project status and escalations
  • Definition and execution of customer project sign-off documentation
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet project objectives.
  • Drive adoption of company programs within the Service Team.
  • Within 30 days of hire, you will be required to demonstrate all the software that Seal offers in an effective manner.
  • Manages Project and customer escalations for the projects the are managing
  • Reviews and Approves project timesheets
  • Provide planning and insight in to project phase billing cycles
  • Adjust content of project delivery presentations/documentation to fit the customer requirement
  • Maintain profitability of projects

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate college degree
  • 4+ years CLM and or Procurement professional experience
  • Commercial creativity – able to creatively configure solutions that meets customer objectives
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to absorb and digest information in a short time
  • Strong commercial awareness of services fees estimating, revenue recognition
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, lead by example and achieve extraordinary results
  • Ability to be a contributing team player immediately
  • Strong knowledge and experience of CLM Solutions
  • Strong knowledge of MS-Office tools
  • Fluent English

Required:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a CLM solution delivery role
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Project Management role
  • At least 2 years’ experience in customer Account Management
  • 25% potential travel
  • English: Fluent

Preferred:

  • At least 5years experience in Project Management and leadership
  • At least 5years experience in Procurement / CLM Solution Design and delivery
  • At least 2years experience in ‘Solution’ based selling
