GuideSpark has 4 inside/outside sales representative opportunities – 2 based on the West Coast and 2 based on the East Coast.

These Majors sales representatives will sell to client companies with 3,250 to 10,500 employees.

Sales representatives in these roles are required to be in the GuideSpark offices every business day.

The GuideSpark offices are at the following locations:

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & cold calling for new clients
  • Accurately and candidly qualifying new prospects
  • Responding instantly to inbound leads
  • Conducting need/solutions analysis
  • Developing domain expertise ‒ fluency in HR, Benefits, and Rewards segments, including regulatory trends, the competitive landscape, macroeconomic conditions, and other factors that can influence our clients and prospect
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline capable of supporting your sales targets
  • Forecast accurately and transparently
  • Meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets and activity KPIs
  • Developing and executing expert presentations and product demonstrations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • 5+ years Solutions or SaaS sales experience (this sales experience can be in an inside or outside sales role)
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and activity KPIs
  • Strong references from former employers and clients
  • Previous experience selling to HR a significant plus but not an absolute requirement
  • Previous experience selling webcasting or similar multimedia solutions
  • Ability to influence and manage the buying cycle at the CXO level
  • History of strong team collaboration with product and service teams
  • Formal sales training: SPIN Selling, Sales Challenger, or Get Real methodology
