On target candidates will have

• Demonstrated consistent ability to deliver projects on time, in an organized manner and with peer/client buy-in.
• Expertise in mapping business requirements into project specifications.
• Expertise in managing to performance metrics and the analytical skills to build tools to measure
• Effectively managed people across roles (IT, clinical)
• An understanding of what it takes to succeed in a high growth entrepreneurial environment
• Experience with call center and CRM technologies preferred.
• Flexibility to adapt your role and team responsibilities as needed
• Passion for empowering people with chronic conditions to live rich and fulfilling lives

The ideal candidate will be able to roll up their sleeves and flawlessly execute technology plans that include web and customer relationship management environments. The candidate will be able to inspire confidence, build trust and delight partners and clients.

The candidate must be process-oriented and be able handle unglamorous tasks with pride, enthusiasm and the commitment necessary to grow the business and deliver programs on schedule.
