Job Description:
Computerized Facility Integration, LLC (CFI) is currently seeking a TRIRIGA Senior System Architect to accept responsibility for the overall system design including the analysis overlapping business functions that relate to the technology being implemented. This role will provide leadership for successful design, implementation and support of systems-related project goals to the project team, specifically the technical/development and implementation resources.

The Senior System Architect will also: Facilitate collaboration and cooperation with the primary systems vendors; Manage all aspects of the project related to systems and technology and their specific application for the client; Drive innovative technical solutions to meet the client’s functional requirements;

An understanding/experience in a fairly wide range of Management Information Systems (MIS) tools, concepts and techniques are essential for this role. Strategic thinking, excellent organizational, communication and writing skills are key personal elements for this role.

LOCATION: Detroit, Chicago, New York, or any US City (virtual).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as the lead and overall designer for the system to be developed. Ensures that all client system functional requirements are addressed.
Find efficient system design solutions based on existing application experience and knowledge.
Understand the specific domain(s) of work and the ability to apply sound software development concepts and techniques to deliver on the functional design.
Effectively communicate system design objectives, schedules and status with management, clients and other stakeholders.
Monitor all project activities related to system design, development, implementation, and support. This includes management of project resources, tasks and budgets.
Monitor and review all system related, Vendor/Contractor deliverables.
Provide domain expertise around all areas of system architecture and software development with a focus on real estate and facilities management systems preferred.
Understand the efficient design and configuration of system security and access.
Develop the project’s technical strategy, policy and procedure.
Develop the system’s testing and quality programs.
Guide and materially contributing to the production of system/technical documentation.
Monitor, review and resolve all system related issues in a timely manner.
Guide and materially contribute to the user training programs.
Promote system design and data standards, tools, templates and governance processes.
Work with Business Analyst and/or users to confirm and understand business reporting requirements.
Work as a partner with the Program Manager, Senior Project Manager or Project Manager in combination to deliver on the overall client requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of large scale Java centric enterprise
Experience in J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, JavaScript, Java) and/or .Net
Working knowledge of RDBMS platforms and SQL including ORACLE, MS SQL Server and/or Sybase SQL Anywhere
An advanced knowledge of TRIRIGA
Conceptual to working knowledge in BIRT, Crystal Reports, or similar reporting software.
Conceptual to working knowledge of Facilities, Real Estate and Asset Management industry and practices.
Conceptual to working knowledge of AutoCAD, Auto Lisp and document management.
Understanding/experience in a fairly wide range of Management Information Systems (MIS) tools, concepts and techniques are essential for this role.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

BS Degree with 3-5 years of experience, or Masters Degree with 4 years of experience(Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and/or Management Information Systems)
