Job Description:
Computerized Facility Integration, LLC (CFI) is currently seeking a TRIRIGA Application Expert. The role of the TRIRIGA Application Expert is to support the software development activities for CFI’s internal and client engagements. Important elements of this role include but are not limited to well-developed skills in TRIRIGA application delivery.

This position is a key role on the Implementation team that requires customer focus, a deep understanding of the TRIRIGA product modules, and an outstanding level of technical proficiency. The TRIRIGA Application Expert will participate in all aspects of software development; coding, storage, version control, testing and re-use. Understanding/experience in a specific range of software development methods, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools, concepts and techniques are essential for this role.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Working knowledge of TRIRIGA software, an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS)
Experience in JavaScript and JAVA coding
Conceptual knowledge of AutoCAD, AutoLisp and document management
Conceptual knowledge of Facilities, Real Estate and Asset Management industry and practices
Experience in implementing web base applications to external users
Solid customer service acumen and interpersonal relationship skills
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge in Crystal Reports, Business Objects or similar reporting software
Experience with networking and infrastructure
Experience in Microsoft Office Application (i.e. Word, Excel, Project, Visio and PowerPoint)

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

B.S. or B.A. in related discipline or related experience.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

TRIRIGA Certification
Experience in multiple programming languages including VB, Cold Fusion. ASP, ASP.NET, J2EE, HTML, Flash etc.
Experience in RDBMS platforms and SQL including ORACLE, MS SQL Server and Sybase SQL Anywhere and ASA.
Experience in AutoCAD, AutoLisp and document management.
Experience in Facilities, Real Estate and Asset Management industry and practices.

REQUIRED SOFT SKILLS:

Professional Communication Skills; within CFI and with all CFI clients, business partners and vendors
