Job Description:
Computerized Facility Integration (CFI) is seeking a Maximo Senior Solution Consultant to join our Sales Enablement team. This position is part of a growing team dedicated to supporting CFI growth objectives by developing solutions based on our comprehensive suite of business, data, technology and operational solutions.

The Senior Solution Consultant will actively participate in the development and implementation of win strategies for business development. The Senior Solution Consultant takes a leadership position in capturing business where clients are undergoing transformation in areas such as operations improvement, technology enablement, data analysis, and asset optimization. This role will act as a consultative seller and subject matter expert to the field teams across the organization.

Working with the CFI sales team, the Maximo Senior Solution Consultant will support the pipeline build, help develop sales tactics and strategy as the sales leader, and support value creation and solutions for ongoing client engagements. This role works closely with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to develop successful solutions, strategies and roadmaps to support CFI business objectives.

As part of the Sales Enablement team the Maximo Senior Solution Consultant will participate in sales cycle activities including client scoping meetings, demonstrations, ROM/budgetary estimate development, proposal development, pricing strategies, and overall proposal content development.

This position will participate and provide leadership in internal team activities to continue the development and standardization of sales strategies including tools, processes, documents, and methodologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with Sales team to progress opportunities
  • Meet with prospective clients, gather business, product and integration requirements, and demonstrate the various aspects of the solution
  • Develop an effective win strategy for new opportunities for both new prospects and existing clients.
  • Participate and provide leadership in developing solutions supported by demonstrations, SOW development, pricing, and overall content consistent with the customer expectations and budget.
  • Complete understanding of all CFI service offerings and how they relate to the development of successful WIN strategies.
  • Understand and demonstrate competitive responses in terms of presentations, written materials, and pricing with focus on business value and CFI differentiators.
  • Maintain a planned, effective, and focused relationship with Software Vendors for technology updates and capabilities.
  • Strong presentation skills in an executive client environment.
  • Develop understanding of CFI pricing calculators and how to construct successful pricing strategies to fit client needs.
  • Effective relationship with the sales and delivery teams with focus on internal client satisfaction.
  • Single point of contact for client meetings and presentations, strategic proposals, RFPs, or demos with timely delivery of a quality product.
  • Work within the Sales Enablement team to suggest and develop improvements to standardized documents and templates.
  • Work with sales and demo teams to ensure consistent delivery of effective, high-quality product demonstrations as needed.
  • Attend internal sales meetings and strategy sessions as appropriate.
  • Coordinate with CFI delivery organizations (consulting, client services and Centers of Excellence) to develop and maintain a planned, effective, and focused relationship on new processes, tools, and innovations within CFI.
  • Ensure understanding and compliance with CFI and Sales Enablement core processes and standard procedures. Provide training and mentorship, and serve as back-up to team members as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of IBM Maximo experience including implementations
  • A minimum of 10 years providing executive level sales support for high-value contracts of multiple services within the technology services organization.
  • A minimum of 5 years preparing proposals and/or pricing for high-value contracts of multiple services within the technology field.
  • Experience in persuasive writing and proposal best practices is desired.
  • An ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Must be detail oriented with strong professional and self-motivation skills.
  • Prior experience with federal government sales support is a plus.
  • Approximately 30% travel requirement primarily in US locations.
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS degree (minimum) Computer Science, Facilities Management, Computer Engineering, Architecture or Engineering, or Management Information Systems.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong experience with MS applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Flash
