Mel Cades, Principal - Mel along with Marilou has grown RC Search through years of refining a process for moving candidates through the ins and outs of the hiring journey.  He is adept and analytical in thoroughly detailing the training process that has resulted in candidates who are not just prepared for an interview, they drive the interview with confidence and fortitude.  Mel has an MBA from the Wharton School and a Masters in Teaching from the University of Pennsylvania. Mel has over 20 years of professional recruiting experience.

Dan Weiss, CFO - Daniel's background encompasses years of entrepreneurial business building from the initial concept to developing a successful exit strategy.  Daniel is particularly brilliant in marketing and business development as he has functioned as sales manager for sales teams and was the driving force behind their success.  Mr. Weiss began his career in the security industry while in Graduate School at Northeastern University, where he worked at a maximum security prison in Massachusetts, Walpole State Prison. Mr. Weiss has been interviewed as a subject matter expert on critical infrastructure security for ABC, NBC, CBS and for Inc Magazine. Mr. Weiss has also been a subject matter expert for chemical security for Security Director News, SDM, and Security System News.

Malisa Vincenti, Senior Recruiter/Marketing Manager - Malisa is a skilled communicator responsible for sourcing talented professionals in the IT software sales industry.  Malisa is adept at communicating with our on-target and qualified professionals as well as hiring authorities to ensure the most in depth and thorough hiring process.  Her marketing and business development skills at RC Search have helped to expand RC Search's network of clients and candidates to encompass a larger more in depth network of candidates and clients.  Because of Malisa's marketing background, she is also responsible for all marketing communications and the implementation of RC Search's marketing campaigns.

Tejpal Mehta (Custom Software Solutions), Director of IT -  Tejpal oversees all back office operations for RC Search including in depth CRM management, website development, and IT support.  His background includes IT Support, custom software consulting, business development and electrical engineering.

Srinath Mitragotri (Managalam Infotech Pvt. Ltd.), Director of Operations Srinath has over 13 years of cross functional experience in IT Services Industry. Has earlier worked with Infosys & Wipro in various roles right from software developer to account manager, to software process consultant to leading corporations across the globe.
